This morning I went to the Dunkin on Ridge Road in Brooklyn around 4:00 a.m. I usually mobile order but today I ordered through the speaker. There was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. After the customer ahead of me left I proceeded to pull up to the drive through window. They didn’t put down my order so I had to order a SECOND time at the window. I ordered an iced coffee and avocado toast. As soon as I said avocado toast one of the workers screamed right by the window, “Fucking avocado toast Jesus Christ!” And the other worker who was working as a cashier said after, “You good bro? You seem stressed.” I got my avocado toast and my iced coffee order wasn’t even right. I didn’t get my cold foam that I asked for a SECOND time at the drive through window. I should have asked for a receipt since they didn’t even offer to give me one. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order or the workers were so unprofessional that it made me uncomfortable. I will NEVER come here again and spend my hard earned money at this Dunkin. I have never experienced such low-quality customer service in my life! The night shift crew that I have come across there has been completely unprofessional, mannerless, rude, careless and lazy. Do not spend your money here people! Go to a different Dunkin!

Messed up my order. Then they got mad when I asked where it was 14 minutes later, the blond said she'd look but didn't. Then I found the bag on a counter by the ice cream and my Avocado toast and bagels were cold. Rude, ignorant people working here. They don't care, at all.

Mobile orders are never on the shelf. Workers keep them behind the counter piling up instead of walking them to the mobile pick up stand. Nobody is there to hand then to you. Always a line out the door of people waiting on their mobile orders. Today an employee was trying to help and hand out mobile orders while working drive though when the manager said “focus on drive thru” as she made drinks and did not help with the line.

Everything tastes fine, but if I could go to a different location in between my shifts, I absolutely would! No matter what time of the day that you go, it takes a long time to get taken care of. Customer service is seriously lacking that it’s unacceptable. I was trying to get someone to give me my mobile order that was ready just over the counter, but they looked me dead in the eye to grab a pop for their coworker and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was so short on time and frustrated that I reached over and grabbed it myself! What is the purpose of ordering ahead through the mobile app if it’s not ready on the rack where mobile orders SHOULD go?

the one on riidge tpld me they make doughnuts 2 times a day thats just Stupid it happen to me too maybe they were short handed, it stil sucks..
