I worked at DPI for a few months in 2021. I quit due to working days & hours not in my workable schedule. Struggled with my childcare due to this & caused too much extra stress & frustration for me & my child care individuals. I worked 5 different locations when I asked for 1 stable one. Always willing to help here and there if needed & in my scheduled hours & days. It was taken too far though, even expressed it kindly but felt unheard. I felt taken advantage of due to lack of personnel to cover other areas. Losing hours & told to make up at other locations & times. Was a mess. I found this unfortunate seeing as I absolutely loved working here. The people are nice & coworkers can be great. Lots of team work & individuals who have your back. Which counts for something! 3 stars. Just wish scheduling was consistent & stable. Hard if you're working around children. Wouldn't recommend if you need to.

In my yrs working for DePaul now DPI, I have quit once (whopping 3 weeks). The other security company did me DIRTY and boss hired me right back.. Another incident was with a cowrkr, something was said towards ME n I was gladly put on another job site.. It wasn't just Shirley that helped me at that time, Scott did too. DPI is NOT only a place of employment but it's my extended familia.
