Someone gotta send help to the employees at this Chipotle location - It's the closest one to my house, but I have to avoid it now because they are always understaffed, there's a significant wait every time (15-20 minutes to order for here, 20-30 minute wait on pick-up orders), and they're always out of multiple toppings/chips/guac at a time. I hate leaving bad reviews for restaurants as I've been in the service industry throughout my life, but the management at this location needs to consider the position they're putting their employees in and staff up! The employees here are super stressed and don't seem to be put in a position to succeed.

So this location is decent. Just your average Chipotle. However, I highly recommend against ordering ahead for pickup. I always arrive a few minutes before it should be done, then it takes 20-30 minutes to finally get my order. I understand they get busy, but it's literally every time. I'm actually waiting right now and it has been 20 minutes past when my order should've been ready. Just go in and order, don't waste your time.

Worst service ever at a chipotle.I would have given this negative stars if that was an option. I went in to get my meal for my husband and I during peak hours… I anticipated to wait. I wait in line and watch three staff members cutting peppers. I get to the line they’re out of white rice, they’re out of state hadn’t been cut. The place was a mess on the line. Mobile on stocks on most of the food items. Oh well the manager and other staff members were on the side visiting with an off-duty staff. I wait for the steak to get cooked… Mind you I had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes, and then I have to wait another 15 minutes for steak to get caught and cut. I go to pay for my meal, and I am told I’m not able to purchase chips because I was on an online order?! How does that make sense. What the f. I can’t purchase chips due to low stock but it’s ok if I completed my order online?! I asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the manager was the one socializing and not maintaining his store, or his food prep. The dishes were piled up, no one was cooking or cleaning….Worst service ever. I told them I was willing to pay for the chips and give them my money now. And they said I’m sorry we can’t do that. I know I might be being a Karen that was ridiculous! But this is the worst service of the chipotle I have ever had.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! The Manager is incompetent, Doesn’t know how to manage a store or his staff, and has HORRIBLE customer service.

Arrived on a Monday at around 8pm. Took 10 minutes to place order. When asking for Chips & Guac I was told they were out for the rest of the night. Chips & Guac were for my 3 yr old daughter as she loves them. She was very disappointed as I was even more. Decided to dine in but almost didn’t as ALL tables were dirty and trash was full, not to mention hidden by the entrance. Floors hadn’t been swept. Regional Manager or Owner-please step in and FIX these continued problems!
