Bad service! When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled & I should have got a text. The groomer was very rude and treated me like I was at fault. Thank goodness I got a taste of what their groomers are like because I would never trust them with my puppy. The groomer had very careless attitude.

I cannot believe they just vaccinate dogs in the middle of the store, on the ground. PEOPLE WALK THERE, with who knows what possibly on the bottom of their shoes. I had planned to grab a bag of my cats food, and was told I had to wait til they were done. Like what? Also checked after ten minutes and they were still there, guess I'm getting it elsewhere. I was able to find a few other things I was looking for, but I still cannot get over the fact that they are giving shots on the floor...

More than half the lights are turned off so it’s dark and gloomy. There is stuff piled everywhere, perhaps a code violation, the shelves are either not price tagged or tagged with incorrect price. I understand stock is hard to come by right now but other places seem to have it, and get it out onto shelves and turn the lights on. I asked if they were under renovation and they said, “no, why?” It was chaos in there. I won’t be back.
