Entirely Fitzy

Wrong drink. Out of ice tea but took my order anyway. Gave me wrong food. Nobody to communicate with. Horrible experience. No sauce or katsup in bag.

I've always gone to the drive through coz I live near by. I went in for the first time today. Very filthy place. The bathroom is a mess and actually stinks. The staff are very unprofessional. The floor is dirty the tables are sticky. I could go on and on. Will never come to this location again.

Just left from getting breakfast i had a large Orange Juice and I drunk the entire thing and once I got to the end I noticed something black it was a bug I was praying that it was only one I should’ve stop drinking it cause it tasted like it was mixed with water it had no ice just to clear that I’m currently throwing up and when I looked in a cup I threw up in another bug was in the cup I’m disgusted will never be going back to that McDonald’s and will for now on check everything before I eat. Left my receipt in the car don’t feel like going outside to get it so here’s a picture from the transaction

Since the moment I was ordering I did not have a good experience I had two orders, they cut me off while still talking stayed there on the drive thru waiting n nobody would answer, went to the window explained I had an additional order, lady was nice so it was ok. Made it to the delivery window, they didn't have both orders so they gave me the drink for the first one and the food for the second one, parked n waited, after a long wait. I decided to come inside, they didn't even had the order ready and drink was just sitting there. Drove off and when I got to eat ice coffee was bitter didn't even had the caramel syrup I order for and my sandwich didn't have the cheese I paid for n was even on the sticker. Really bad experience as the store wasn't even full or busy.
