File a complaint with McDonald's. I doubt anyone will do anything about it, seeing how most people in fast food don't care about the quality of their work, but you can try.

The customer service there is very bad on the inside u have a better chance at the drive-thru if u want caring and that even depends on who's working that particular shift
Yes I agree that is a bad MCDonald's. You can file a complaint on their website or on social media. I complained about another McDonald's on Twitter and they responded right away.
