They can't even add a crunchy beef taco at window. Worst Taco Bell on the planet!!!! Never know what their doing. Everyone there should be fired and they should shut it down immediately!!!!! Never heard of such a thing in my life!!! Shut it down!!!! Shut it down now!!!!!..... Put up a Taco Bueno instead or Taco Cabana

The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is bc one of the employees that works the drive thru is very nice. Their food is unfortunately never fresh especially the potatoes and nacho fries, every time I order them you can tell they were sitting for a very long time, sometimes even taste like they were sitting since the previous day. I know it doesn’t take that long to cook fries just make them fresh plz 😭

Placed an online order on the app at 10:07am. I arrived there about 10 minutes later and pulled up to the drive thru menu. After a minute of nobody greeting me, I pulled up to the window and saw employees inside. They opened the window and I let them know I was there for my order and the lady at the window said they weren't open yet. I told her I'd placed the order because their opening time was listed as 10am. She then called back to another employee (looked like the manager) who very rudely informed me that I'd have to come back because they didn't have any prep done yet. I sat there and canceled my order and sent a complaint in with my cancelation but still haven't gotten a response from anyone.

It is advertised that this Taco Bell location’s drive-thru is open until 4 AM CST. But every time that I come, whether it’s 1 AM, 2:30 AM, or 3 AM they continuously tell me that they are closed. If this is so then they need to turn off their huge “Drive Thru Open” sign & turn off the restaurant’s lights the very second they stop doing business. Do not waste my time! Absurd!
