I ordered and paid for a curbside pick-up, but the franchise didn't recieve the digital order. The manager refused to make my order even when I showed her my online reciept showing the time and location. Ended up being a total waste of my time and money. Absolutely terrible service

Last time I went, the right side speaker/mic in the drive thru was broken. You’d pull up, you’d be greeted, and that’s it! Either they didn’t hear what you said, or they would intentionally ignore you so they wouldn’t have to actually do their job. Thankfully I prefer using the app and having them bring it out to me.

Food was hot but our dinks were flat; we had to wait for our order and they forgot to put ketchup and our fries. Just pay more attention on the orders that you parked. You cannot make the customer wait for their food and not have their order complete and flat drinks.

I love this location because it’s convenient but between the parking spot order switchups and the dry a** mcchickens I’m bound to give up soon, can’t a girl get some lettuce?
