Dr. Idris is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever had! I’ve probably been to at least 7 in my lifetime. I play basketball, dance, and I’m always on the go. I had a fall over a decade ago that left me worried I would never be able to work out again. After a month of difficulty walking, having to call in to work because of low back pain and sciatica, I was referred to a chiropractor by a neighbor. After that experience I knew that chiropractic would always be my first line of defense for any orthopedic issues that could arise for me in the future. I was too anxious about getting back hard-core in the gym due to random flare up’s of residual pain, so I stopped working out and gradually gained too much weight. So fast forward, to 2021, I decided to start working out again. I had a lot of tightness in my back but it was manageable. By October, I was so miserable after a flare up of the previous injury but had no idea where to find a good chiropractor, because face it, we have all heard horror stories right. At this point, I couldn’t afford to become stagnant again because working out had pulled me into a rejuvenated state of mind. I didn’t want to go back to the stagnant me ever again. Well, some great power was hearing my struggles because I walked into my nearest joint and met Dr. Idris. He is so kind, funny, and just all around easy to work with. He is a well oiled, tried and true machine when it comes to his craft. Well, I messed up my back again recently and Dr. Idris has become a lifeline. Even though this has been the toughest flare up recovery yet but he has taught me so much in the past month. Every time I go in to see him, I come out feeling like I was just reset and feel brand new and limber again. It’s so refreshing to have a health care provider be just as invested in your results as you are. Thank you so much Dr. Idris! You are definitely a bright star in the chiropractic world! 😁
