Stopped by to get a dozen doughnuts and Ruqaiyah was kind enough to select a good variety for me. She was very pleasant, patient, and friendly. She made me feel like a valued guest and I had a great shopping experience. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!!! The staff is amazing and they’re really what makes this the best Dunkin in the Dallas area. And yes……I have been to most other DD’s in town. I’m not proud of that fact but it’s true. 🤣 I’m a regular here and I’ll keep coming back for the great coffee, the amazing deals I get on the app and THE STAFF!!! ❤️

Shout out to Dalton who made my cappuccino. It's literally half empty and not that great tasting. He couldn't even be bothered to fill the ice coffee with more ice to fill the line. For customers just stick to the donuts because obviously coffee is not their thing.

Questions & Answers

Got a decaf coffee and a tea, took it home and coffee tasted like soapy dish water. It was a VERY STRONG smell of some sort of cleaner. Has anyone had this happen? I tried to call 3 times, no one answered the phone.

Yes. I have had it happen before. And theyre often bad about answering phones. It sounds like they didnt properly rinse out one of their machines. This happens especially when an employee doesnt fully complete cleaning something, especially a frothing wand or something. (I used to run a family coffee store in south east texas) I would suggest maybe going up to the store and asking for the manager because that is a health hazard

I don't think there is a specific reason, however I have noticed this too. I believe you can ask the person at the front for prices.
