Loved it! This is why I moved back to Dallas! Best burger I've had in a long time. Great prices too. The whole family of 5 ate for less than $35. Can't beat that! Update: I'm still a huge Braums fan, but this particular location is getting crossed off the list. The place just isn't clean and the food is not as good as other locations.

I dont work there but have been in restaurant business over 20 years. It is RARE that gloves are used unless handling raw meat. Their scoops are not kept in the ice cream which allows them not to use gloves. That's the same as a server at a restaurant not using gloves when using the ice scoop to put ice in your cup.
You could call and ask or look online In general they should be taking applications
