Had exactly what I wanted. Had talked to salesperson day before on phone asking availability. Tory remembered conversation. Gave me small discount. Best was they have many models of washing machine available,unlike other stores in town which had none. Drove a few blocks to pickup and excellent pickup service! Highly recommend Fred's!

We purchased a refrigerator in January but the ice maker had to be ordered. We were told it would be here within 9 weeks. Checked in with them several times and were told it is still on order. They did no follow up to see where it might be. After 24 weeks we want back in to check on it. They referred our inquiry to their "rep" but it would be a few days before someone would get back to us. So we asked for a refund on the unit which they were more than willing to do. We ordered the ice maker on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. We didn't even get a great deal from Fred's. We won't be going back.
