Andrew helped us make an important purchase with kindness and professionalism. He knew his products and gave us great feedback. The store is the best stocked location I've ever seen and clean. The staff is very friendly. We always have a great experience in the lawn and garden section as well.

Agree with the previous person. Don't buy appliances at this store. We bought a washer/dryer and our delivery date got delayed a week and then it got delayed 2 more days. When the appliance showed up it was damaged and of course it was another week to deliver and Susan, one of the store managers, was too busy to talk with us. Thus, we returned everything and canceled the order. Such a waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience.

I honestly wish I could rate it zero stars. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S OR THIS LOCATION. It has been a giant mess from day one. We bought a Fridge and washer/dryer and it sat for a week before they told us the washer/dryer was out of stock. We switched it out for a new set with Rose and she supposedly took care of it and everything was set to deliver on 2/22. Well 2/22 rolls around and we haven't heard anything and nothing shows up so we call and it turns out that the associate didn't do anything and just left the order so it was just sitting there and we find out nothing is getting delivered. They reschedule the fridge which is in stock to that Friday and we tell them again what washer/dryer we want and she supposedly switches it out. We again get no email or anything about the fixed order so we call for a 4th time and again it hasn't been switched out. Destiny ends up helping us and takes the time to cancel the old order and replace it herself to make sure it gets done (she's about the only silver lining in the experience). We finally get the fridge on that Friday and the washer/dryer is supposed to deliver 3/1. Again 3/1 rolls around and nothing gets delivered so I call on 3/2 and they tell us they'll deliver it tomorrow 3/3 it'll be on the truck for delivery. I call today 3/3 to get a delivery window and turns out once again its not getting delivered today like they said and now we're being told it'll be delivered tomorrow. No one was actually rescheduling the delivery. The guy I finally spoke to said no one had reset the order so the washer/dryer would go out. It'll be a miracle if anything shows up and I'm not holding my breathe at this point. Outside of Destiny all the other customer service people are horrendous and rude and don't belong in customer service. I regret not going with Nebraska Furniture Mart instead because I guarantee they would've been way better. At this point any other store would've been better. I shouldn't have to call ten times over a two week span to get the order that I paid money for. We are stuck without a washer/dryer now. I cannot warn people enough to not go through Lowe's, buy with anyone else.
