Nothing positive about going to a courthouse. I think everyone can agree with that. They never freaking answer either. Worthless.

This was my post on social media this morning- Wow! Some of these people at the courthouse do not want to be at work This morning! And they are not kind to us people waiting. A gal that works here just threw here bag near me on the bench outside the auditors office told me I’m very rude for taking up so much of the bench.... I said “well Goodmorning to you, I will gladly move over when someone else comes” she told me no one will ever want to sit by me!! Oh wow 😮 So Just her and I, she slamming things in her bag, she turns one more time and says “you are so rude” just then another lady comes, sits across from us, I say “you can sit next to us, and I scoot over,” she says no I’m fine. “So I said well I was told as she threw her bag at me how rude I am for not not sitting appropriately on this bench” the girl looked stunned and said “I honestly didn’t know that bothered people” the mean gal just laughed. Then more people came to wait not one person sat down. They all walked into the locked door behind the sign that says Property Taxes. Be kind people Just be Kind! Maybe have the people that work there be kind as they are a representative for the Yakima Courthouse. Had I not been a nice person im sure someone else would have easily made sure her day was much worse!

To to the auditor's office with your IDs and tell them what you need. They can't give legal advice but they can tell you how to do what you need to do.
Most definitely, you can go before the judge, and ask for a lifetime restraining order, and request this! If you feel your in dander of his actions towards you? And he cannot bother you at work, or show up anywhere you may be? Just go to district court and request to see a judge for this order? If you already have a police report on him for past offense of this type of history on his part? Hope this helps you....
There are dozens of free 2 hour pull-in diagonal spots on the street next to courthouse. Of late we have always found several open. Good luck!
You can bail out but you'll have to wait until 9am for everything else to open up to process the bail.
You can appear in person to the clerks office, pay the warrant fee(assuming there is one) and be placed back on the court calendar.
