Several times I have had packages that were "out for delivery" only for them to never show up or they will show up days or weeks later.

When you hire you should require reading and comprehension skills because your delivery driver here at 2705 W Lincoln Ave in Yakima, Washington doesn’t know how to read.I was expecting a package today but never received it so I called your phone number and it said it was delivered today but it’s not in my mail box.I live in an apartment complex and there are a lot of dishonest people who live here.they are not going to give my package to me because that’s how they are here.so basically I lost what I had ordered which cost a lot and is important because of the moronic mailman/mail lady.you guys should pay me the money I lost because of an employee.

They don’t even deserve one star. The carrier is plain evil, has sent packages back to sender with no attempt to deliver. The first one i forgave even though I knew she did it to be mean, she doesn’t even scan the package she will just return. With know attempt to deliver I had been home sick several days so she was caught. The Manager Mary if you want to call her that is most likely why this place has such horrible review. She’s very rude and not professional at all. I feel bad for the few good employees they do have like Flo he’s amazing. He should run the place as he knows how to handle an escalation. I have had the carrier deem my house I’ve owned vacant on two occasions just because I was gone for a few days. Again no attempt to contact me and sent all my mail back to the sender creating a big mess, which I’m sure was the intention. No respect, no care very flippant.

Sure would be nice if the mail carriers actually read the addresses on the packages before delivering them. Constantly getting alerts my stuff I'd delivered and no packages to be found. Makes it fun to run a business when the supplies you order don't show up and can't claim they didn't because their system shows it delivered and we are all liars I guess. DO BETTER USPS

You can go in person the desk is open. Don't know the hours but know they are open on 3rd n Washington.
I am very sorry to hear that. I do know we are very short-handed on our rural side, so most of our carriers have been carrying two routes a day. We even have some of our managers that are helping carry routes just so we can get everything delivered.
You should probably track it to see if it even made it to your local postofffice. They can't deliver a package they don't have yet.
There's an address already assigned to the property.Get that. Put up mailbox. Then tell them you want to register for mail delivery. fill out one page form.
Just ask them to hold your mail and you can pick it up in bulk
I believe so, i just got a package from China. It took a month to arrive though so be prepared for long wait times

Depending on the location of your forwarding office, it can take 7-10 days to get your mail when you change your address.
