Consistent food with other McDonald's. The only issue I had was the person at the first window was not friendly. That kind of ruined the experience with me.

Went through the drive through, ordered a sausage biscuit (They have it buy 1 get 1 for a $1) I had them add A piece of cheese to each biscuit ...Each piece of cheese cost $1.29....I called and asked if this was right, I got told yes, I asked why....I was told Quote "I don't know" unquote Really $1.29 for a piece of cheese??!!! Outrageous ...their prices keep going up but the quality of the food has gone way down, as has the customer service!!!

The Macdonald's in Omak works conveniently for me when I want a quick meal after spending time in the mountains west of there. Otherwise, it's just another one with its odd seating arrangement inside.

Food was delicious and hot. Took a little long, but they gave me a Big Mac coin good for a free Big Mac. They have a kiosk where you can order and pay yourself and then just pick it up. I preferred to speak with a real person to get my free bogo burger from the survey on the receipt.
