Friendly front desk clerk. Room was more on the spacious side. No issues with noise or anything in the room. The decor had some strange choices, particularly the colors and the couch. But I don't really care in a cheap motel. Pretty good Mexican restaurant next door too!

The staff was friendly when I checked in, then left without going to my room, when I came back at 11:30pm, I couldn't get into my room, like it was locked from the inside. I went to the front counter and the manager was gone for 20 minutes. He confirmed he couldn't open the door either. The next room worked although the sheets had quite a bit of hair in them. Would not be my first choice. The continental breakfast was limited.

So I locked myself out of room and went to front desk..the girl working tonight had a line so I waited for her to finish checking ppl in..it took a hour and a half and the whole time she never dropped her smile she was friendly and even made the customers laugh with her bubbly attitude and funny jokes..she did a amazing job ..i can honestly say I have NEVER seen a front desk clerk at any hotel even come close to this girls customer service and personality.. She gets a big GOLD 🌟

We go to Omak Inn a lot. Pool needs to be fixed (hey pool repair people, help!). Our room was newly remodeled and was an upgrade from what we have had in the past.
