Positive: Location was great. The view was wonderful. We were there over July 4th and had a fantastic view of fireworks from our window. The Manager was amazing. Negative: The pictures used to describe the room we booked were inaccurate. However, the amazing manager made it right and moved us to the room we were expecting. Breakfast was lacking, due to pancake machine malfunctioning and not keeping foods stocked.

Management is difficult and unfriendly. The hallway and room didn't smell clean. Was charged for a lake view room but no water in sight. Wasn't offered breakfast. I have found other IHG properties nearby that offer friendly staff and a more inviting clean accommodations. The response I received from management during my stay is similar to the reply that is posted.

What can I say? I love Dove products and I love Holiday Inns! This Holiday Inn had Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I was a happy camper. The feather down pillows were a nice touch. Room had two lounging couch areas and a fan above the bed for an extra cool sleep through the night. And the hot breakfast was a steal too!
