1. On website says free breakfast. There is no free breakfast. There's a sign since 2020. 2. Their system wasn't working and I couldn't check in way past check in. 3. The room they gave me had open access to outside. If someone wanted to get in they could. 4. "John" cancelled my stay when I started to call someone to speak about my concerns. Seriously don't stay here.

It was a room for the sake of getting a room, but I would not actively seek them out again. My motorcycle didn't get stolen so that's a plus....

I will not return, I wouldn't let my dog stay in a room there. Nasty place, room dirty, water leaking. Not the place to be but people have always said you get what you pay for. Just look at the bed linen and the floor.

No phone in the room. Loud all the time. They also tried to steal money off my card when I went back to extend my stay. They tried to say they didn't charge me even though the transaction was pending on my account from them taking the money. The lady was rude, and wouldn't listen. I even had the proof that they took the money. I don't recommend this place. Go up the street. They are cheaper and have way better rooms and very nice people at their front desk.

Exactly....then when you see who the cleaning crew are (except for the young hispanic female)....you leave quickly...thinking you are at a rehab outpatient release program...ijs...
If you made through an app you would have to cancel through them, or calling thr hotel itself at least 24 hours before your check in date in order for them not to charge you.
Wouldn't suggest bringing kids here, place is so nasty, if your immune system isn't ready for it you might just die.
They do not have weekly rates. But the rooms are not that bad. And if your not trying to be in the mix and a busy body you'd never know what was going on outside your room. Garland p.d patrols that area routinely.
