I’ll update if things get better but… right now its difficult to not get frustrated with it being so hot all the time. Two days after I moved in earlier this month, my air conditioner stopped working. Some days it works and other days it doesn’t. They gave me a giant fan which kind of helps, but they keep closing my work order when it gets a little cooler. But the next day, it’s 80-90 degrees inside. I absolutely hate writing complaints but I’d really like to get some help. It’s hard to sleep for the past 2 weeks when it’s this hot inside. They said the closet doors and filter were too dirty for it to work and told me he would replace the entire unit as well as the doors… I just moved in and it wasn’t cleaned at all? That doesn’t make sense to me? Hopefully someone here will respond. In reply to the response: Yes. I have reached out to the email you provided multiple times and wasn’t contacted at all.

Do yourself a favor and don’t move to this place. It is decent and affordable…. Apartments seems nice upon moving in with them being renovated…. BUT I got a leak immediately under my sink and I’m STILL waiting for it to get fixed.. the maintenance man came and removed a pipe now it’s literally an opening for water to freely come out when my faucet is on that side and, get this, HE NEVER CAME BACK. They’ve been working on an apartment upstairs which made my whole ceiling leak in my bathroom. I have this on video. I have the calls documented. They are going to respond to these reviews like they care but really they are full of foolishness and don’t take pride in this complex.

DO MOT MOVE HERE!!! Terrible admin staff that do not do anything to get your needs taken care except for Laura. My apartment was effected by the winter storm in February of 2021 and they still have NOT fix any damages from that storm. Every time I went to the office to ask them to repair the damages, they were rude and brushed me off. The constant disrespectful attitude they hold and do nothing. Mind you, I pay my rent on time every month. Unless you’re truly desperate to stay somewhere, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

My daughter has lived there 2 years already and her patio door is still not fixed after calling and putting in work orders. How many times does a person need to do this before someone actually does something? This patio door causes hot air in the summer to come in and cold air in the winter which causes her electricity bill to be higher than it should be. What is the next step to follow when a person has followed protocol and still nothing is done?

Wow! Your right. I can NEVER get my request filled! Not even the simplest request!!!! I've been waiting 3 weeks for a light buld to be changed in these 25 feet ceilings. I waited about 5 months for my tub to be repaired! There's always problems...
I, aplike to work here supposedly was going to give me the job, and I was interviewed by a regional manager, and the property manager who is Hispanic, Chicana saw how much they were going to pay me and started screaming at me, as if she knew me, threatening me, and supposedly I just told the regional that it was Christian property !!! What would it be if it were not !!!!!!!!!!!!! That very bad woman and horrible poor workers ,,,, ..............

Yes they take vouchers however you have to be under a certain bracket owed so if I'm not mistaken if you owe anything over the amount of 3600 then they won't accept you but you may want to try
