Really good tea. Nice staff and clean place. But tea is really expensive. Some as high as $8. Would frequent this place more if they lowered it a bit. But it's a nice treat.

I have been to many Kung Fu Tea’s, but nothing matches the cleanliness of this location. Everything outside was very well cleaned, even the outdoor table was cleaned! The staff was very friendly and helpful, got us the drinks fast! The drink was very good :)

I got the s’mores slush. More watery than creamy, and the marshmallow stuff on the sides of the cup couldn’t be mixed in… it was just stuck to the sides. Needs more creamy base!

What's great about this place is that you can get iced espressos with freshly brewed coffee. The texture of the boba was enjoyable and more on the firm side of soft, if that makes any sense. The lid is sealed on.
