Mann it was great. Great equipment. You can get a massage after and it’ll keep you from being sore. There’s so much to do. Bring your baby to the daycare or your children to learn martial arts while you go train. The music keeps you going and amped up. Its a great time. Give it a try it may not be for everyone but its just right for me

I have been working out with Coach Scott for over a year, I'm extremely happy with the results and services that I have received since I started. Coach Scott is very flexible and accommodating with scheduling times to work out that fit with my schedule during the week and he personalizes my workouts to target the areas that I want to work on. What I mostly enjoy is how he breaks down each exercise and explains the muscles it impacts'. I was always looking forward to our workout sessions. I would highly recommend Coach Scott and the UFC gym.

I absolutely love UFC! When You walk in you just feel the energy and it pushes you to get your workout in . The coaches are great and all different so you are bound to find your match . I have been able to get out of my comfort zone thanks to the coaches .
