Used to be 5-star until I recently wanted one month freeze. Looks like process is NOT friendly. They made it like hell, same for cancellation. Cannot cancel membership over the phone, from the app or the website. Cannot freeze it easily either. You can cancel only in person. For very obvious reason, apparently. Cancelling should be as easy as signing-up for the program. Should be just like Netflix or Spotify, single click activate or deactivate membership.

Loved it when I first moved over here from LA Fitness as it wasn’t ever crowded, but now that masks are no longer required it’s gotten busy and it can be nearly impossible to get into the free weight area as it is fairly small compared to the bigger gyms. Even at 11pm. Addition - I appreciate the reply from Planet Fitness. I wanted to reply but apparently I cannot so I have to add on. I do use the app, and the crowd meter is my favorite function on it. It helps me plan out my late morning or late night workouts, depending on my schedule. But also the app is showing how much busier it has gotten since masks have been dropped. Really the only solution as far as I can see is to expand the free weight area.

10 a month for 1 gym, cancel anytime. 20 a month for black membership with year long contract.
I've seen the Trainers work with a couple of Groups in different areas. I'm sure if you ask at the front desk they'd give you more information.

One dollar initiation fee. $10 to $20 per monthly dues. $20 gets you black card spa access to massage chairs, hydro massage beds, tanning beds and light therapy. Personal training is additional and separate. They have weight gainer supplements and shakes but if you are trying to add mass, consult a nutritionist. They will have more insight on to what nutrients you might be deficient in etc.
The youngest someone can be is 16. If anyone is under 18 years old they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older

Yes there's free weights like dumbbells and curl bars. No bench press but they have smith machines instead. Lots of weight machines though for chest, arms, back, legs etc
