Lovely large gym. Good place for powerlifting. There is a deadlift area, squat rack and bench press zone.

Dave and his crew are great people. The gym has an old school feel with some great new equipment as well. The new outside training area is an awesome new addition. It's definitely the best gym in the area.

I called during the day and spoke with a Denise she was super nice and informative. Unfortunately when I got there she was gone for the day there were two guys that were working in the evening they were not very welcoming or seem to NOT have any customer service skills. I don't know how this gym is open it is super packed especially with COVID going on. This gym is a little pricey $60 per person or $50 if you and another person sign on plus deposit. I honestly have to say I only signed up because I need to get back to routine. I can truly say I'll only be going to this gym for the two months that I payed. Maybe, I might change my mind 🤔 who knows. But for now Im not very wowed about this gym or the people that work there.

Really one of the only smaller not corporate gyms in the area. Coming from jersey/ny area where powerhouses are the best gyms, it was nice to find this gem. Great price. Great people and no annual fees.
