I’ve gone to this place multiple times and have spend over 7k on my truck and after every service I have had some sort of issue. Yes they fix it but it should be first time quality. I had a turbo pulled to be resealed after driving down the road both my charge pipes blew off for not being torqued properly. My intake wasn’t tight. Then after having my water pump replaced it was leaking still after they said it was bad but they reused a old fitting that was leaking. I then had them redo my whole steering on my truck. Well my wheel isn’t centered and truck handles the same after they said it would fix my handling issue. Not impressed and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. They are nice but the quality isn’t there. They get it done fast though. Update I just took my truck to basin and they said The Who ever did my brakes before destroyed all 4 of my calipers (autometrics) so now I have to pay for those.

I appreciate their transparency when it comes to billing and the warranties they provide. Their customer service folks are the best! This place was amazing! I was driving through Moses Lake and had car issues. They helped me right away, was super helpful, and washed my car for me! Made the rest of my trip much less stressful and I am super thankful they were able to help! Definitely recommend AutoMetrics!

I had to have some tires mounted on custom wheels, and because of their size, they required a special machine. Autometrics was the only shop in town that had a modern machine big enough and "gentle" enough to install my tires without damaging them. They turned out looking awesome. My customer was thrilled too.
