Please with rent and how it was handle but I whish they could put more effort on the cleaning side, recently moved out and had everything clean and still deducted 100 dollars from cleaning and just not happy because we had to clean the apartment from inside and outside when we first moved out , I had pictures with prove everything and they said they couldn't d anything about it .

I recommend Windermere property management, I was denied to get into a few other places but vivian gave me a chance I finished my lease and when I was ready to move into a bigger better place she helped me and the transfer was a breeze, vivian always had an open door and was very good about always returning my phone calls, answered all my questions, and anytime there was an issue at the property it was taken care of in a timely matter! If you are looking for good property managers please call them down at Windermere and they will be happy to help you with your next big move!!

Do not rent from this place. They are greedy and rude. They never fully fix anything. They call in some random person who just temporarily fixes the issue. We finally moved out after being there for 8 years and I hired someone to do a full cleaning. I took pictures and everything and windermere still kept my deposit claiming they spent 400$ on Wall washing.

Vivian has been an EXCEPTIONAL agent for us to work with. She took the time to get to know us and worked with us on any questions she had on our rental history and other personal concerns when renting to us. For us getting into this house was a must do for personal life issues and this is someplace we had always dreamt of living, thanks to vivian and her team we are now able to have the dream home we've always wanted. The bad reviews on here must be from those who have higher than attainable expectations because when you treat a prospective landlord with the respect they deserve and have earned then you receive it right back. I would HIGHLY recommend vivian and Windermere to anyone looking to rent in the greater grant county area and I am extremely picky on who I personally recommend
