My wife made an online order for dog food for me to pick up on my way back to the Palouse, and arrived to be told, "We can't fulfill online orders past a certain time." I've never had this problem before at a Petco, and the order was made an hour before close. The help was no where to be found, and they didn't even have the type of food that we ordered on the shelf. I wouldn't recommend this branch, and won't go back.

This store in particular is always very helpful and making sure you save money. Whenever I get my dog food, which gets pretty pricey with a 74 pound dog (I knew what I was signing up for) they ask if I have the app and the perk for certain foods where you buy 7 bags get the 8th bag free. I've defintely utilized that a few times now 😁

The fish are always sick. I bought fish only to realize one was sick. I nursed it back to health, but it’s irritating that this store doesn’t sell working meds. I had to use meds I bought online previously. Later I bought a 10 gallon for a quarantine tank on their website and showed up at 7pm to pick it up, but they were closing an hour early. This store is so unreliable wish there was a different place to go to in town.
