bad customer service and unprofessional. So crowded and excepts people to have carts inside. Old lady is not required to volunteer there, she's always complaining abt customers. Customers are there to shop, not to be yelled at by some grumpy lady. She is not forced to volunteer there! Treat the paying customers better, they are the ones keeping your business going.

I love donating here since the items will stay in the community. Shopping here can be a bit of a challenge as it is very crowded and they have an insane rule about having to use a cart in narrow aisles. But - please fix your store hours listing! I checked before loading the car and leaving the house that they were open until 3:00pm, got there at 1:00pm and they were closed. I know getting volunteers is hard but just pick at time to close and stay with it!

Politely asked to take a shopping cart into the store but I just wanted to look around because I have never been there before. They had a bunch of stuff, sadly nothing I wanted.

I used to like looking around here every week, but the last couple of months have been really off putting. Too much yelling, isles always blocked off, too hot. Then this week they've started forcing everyone to use buggies in VERY cramped aisles and policing every move you make. Sometimes it's not clear what the rules are, or what's off limits, until you find yourself getting yelled at (or now called out on the intercom). It's really uncomfortable to shop like that. I'm sorry, but it's gotten to be too much for me as a customer, no other store treats customers so poorly.
