I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a fridge from them, obviously I knew it was used, but I was told before I purchased that their appliances undergo inspection and repair before they sell them, and there is a 60 day warranty. Well, the fridge I bought kept freezing our food. Myself, being a tech took the fridge apart to find one of their techs put a screw in the damper so it wouldn't close and stop the cold air flow from the freezer. After my removal of the screw, I found the damper didnt work as it should, that's why they had the screw in it. I have reached out to them for two weeks now. They agreed to pay for me to buy a new damper and they have yet to send me anything. 1 whole week now and I haven't even got a text back from them. THEY ARE SHADY AND CROOKS!!!! DO NOT BUY FORM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

We bought a washer from them, within 3 months it broke. The bottom was totally rusted out upon further inspection. We bought another washer from them, brought it home hooked it up and the agitator is broken. so we bought a broken washer. They refused to come out to fix it, stated we had to bring it to them even tho THEY sold us the broken washer. Won’t be buying anything from them again.

It is USED appliances, not reconditioned appliances. They don't even test them. I bought a washing machine from them, got it home and installed it, no problem with the wash cycle but during the rinse cycle there was a leak from under the machine. I loaded it back up on the truck, swapped it out for another washing machine, got that one home and installed it, it would not go through the rinse and spin cycle. I removed the drain filter, it was so completely filled with gunk that water couldn't pass through it. Cleaning that fixed my problem. It would've taken them 1 minute to check and clean that when they got it in. So anyway, beware that you are buying from them an appliance that someone wanted replaced, almost assuredly for a reason.
