This is a gem among government services. You can pretty much take anything here for disposal. We use it for things that can't fit in our garbage can. You must bring your property tax bill or a copy of it and your driver's license but if you have that you can leave cardboard, any kind of trash, paint ( there may be a limit).... Basically anything you want to dispose of but cannot fit in your regular garbage can. Wonderful service from Hillsborough County....

I believe so. when you arrive, the attendant will ask what materials you have, and he will tell you which bin number each type goes in.
You should be able to if you live in Hillsborough County and pay for solid waste in your taxes, you'll need a license and your paid tax summary. Otherwise, if you're not a tax payer, you will have to go to the landfill further south and make payment based on weight in and out.
I have recycled paint cans there before, but not sure about the bulbs.

It doesn't cost anything if you have a tax bill that shows that you pay Solid Waste disposal. if you don't pay solid waste disposal and it doesn't show up on your tax bill then you have to go to the scale house and pay for your trash
