We charge $20 per case. Consider it to be per parcel or per shipping label. If we get one case of a 1000 rounds, it'll be $20. If the online retailer sends the 1000 rounds in two individual 500 round cases, the charge will be $20 x2.
If your asking if you could apply for your Firearms Safety Certificate, then yes I believe so.
As an 18 year old, you will need a valid hunting license in order to make a firearm purchase under the restrictions. If you don't have one, you would need to obtain one or else you would not be able to make a purchase at this time since the legal age to purchase in CA is 21. You are more than welcome to come in and check out the place and ask us any questions.
