Thank you American Tire Depot, Montebello, The staff at this location is Complete Perfection. Here, staff is perfect in providing excellent Customer Service and Vehicle maintenance. These experts can work on ALL aspects of your Car. Check with the Manager Alberto, not only does he have great Customer Service skills, he really takes the time to provide you with what your vehicle totally needs. His patience is incredible.

Across the street they charge 30 bucks to get the screw out. Here @ American tire is free. Leaving us wanting to tip staff for their service. What a great policy. I will buy tires here next time. I didn’t even buy the tire here and they fix free. I’m bringing all my business to them!!

They will scratch your wheels they do not care…. paid well over 8 bills to get tires and alignment only to leave home with scratches that were not there before. This is really unacceptable…… I regret getting service here…. Manager was friendly but what good does that do if his employees don’t pay attention to details. I’m at a lost because I’m sure this tire shop isn’t going to pay to get my wheels fixed. I don’t recommend this place unless your wheels are already jacked up. Avoid if you have a new car or nice wheels…. Unfortunately I don’t feel confident about this place.

I can always count on them for a great service and quality repairs and adjustments to my car. And their prices are competitive. If you live in the area, don't go anywhere else for your tires, brakes or other related services. These guys are the best.
