There is a white somewhat old aged security guard that is so rude he opens the door since they have it locked and asked if I have any weapons and if I have any cough he seems to be miserable with his job and rude but I have seen a young taller security guard there that is well mannered and polite.

Went with a friend and we were done in less than 20 minutes. This is the first SSA office that I've been to where Security doesn't treat you like criminals. 😻

They always very busy, you just have to go very early in the morning to hope that you can get in the front of the line. lol

They're by appointment only, unfortunately. You can drop off important documents and mail meant for your caseworker though. The security guard will let you in for that.

I've gone around 2 without an appointment and had to wait almost 2 hours. This last time I went when they opened at 9 and was out by 9:30 cause they had a lot more windows opened at that time.
