A Day In The Life Contact

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my car here to get state inspected. Initially, they told me it failed because of a brake light (that was working that morning). Took it home and had my husband step on the brake pedal and saw that it was working. Here I am going back to tell them its working to get my vehicle passed to register it. They quoted me $256 to replace that light that wasn't even out!!! Unethical business. Please for your own sake and sanity, take your vehicle somewhere that can at least be reliable. Garbage place. Lost our business for good.

Needed to get a flat fixed, they were short a person so I left the tire with them. Tire couldn't be repaired, but was covered by road hazard. They didn't have the same tire, so they upgraded me at no extra charge Came back later to pick up the tire, still wasn't ready because they're shorthanded. I was going to leave it overnight, but asked how long it would take because I had another engagement to be at soon. They said by closing, but hustled and got it done 50 minutes earlier than expected. So far I've had good experience with Firestone

This place should be close down for dishonest practicing and dangerous operations. I used to bring my fleet vehicle here, but since they feel it's okay to take 4 HOURS TO CHANGE THE OIL, Then I will take this money elsewhere. They make you wait and wait and then they mess your vehicle up... No joke. The guys In the shop have left my tires low on air so I had to drive down the road and air them up. One of the dip$hits was having a bad day, know what he did? He decided to strip the rear hub on my car by not pre threading the bolt. I will include pictures to show you how bad it was. And to top that off? He didn't even tell me about it..So now I'm at a much better place and they need to fix the hub because it's a safety issue. YOUR TECH STRIPPED THE HUB OUT ON THE INSIDE AND THE BOLT BUT TOLD NO ONE. Hell I think they just patted him on the pack told him it was okay. He came back parked my car by slamming it into park while it was still moving. My advice? Stay far away and go to another place unless you want to spend A WHOLE LOT MORE MONEY THAN YOU WANT. Laverne and her bald boyfriend need to stop acting like they are the best of the best and slow it down, because they are FAR from the best
