We really like Donatos and always get the pepperoni pizza. They load it up from edge to edge. Sometimes they are a little heavy handed with the marinara sauce. It would be nice to see a white sauce, like Alfredo.

Terrible. My husband almost had to literally go get his order from behind the counter. The front counter associate walked to the rest room like he wasn't even standing there... The Pizza Is Terrible! Never again. To think I told my husband Donato's is worth it... Nope!

Sat at the window for 9 minutes before anyone even came up. We are the only ones here and sat for over 20 minutes waiting on our pizza. It was 2pm.

I ordered my pizza at 9:10 was estimated 9:51 for delivery. Called and was appalled at the lack of knowledge and care. Was basically told my pizza would get here when it gets here which didnt happen until 10:40 and of course it was cold! Didnt even bother to call back due to the lack of service received on inquiring where my food was. Worst service and pizza ever received!
