Not happy with the service provided from AAction Transmission - we call to get follow ups but they're not accurate. Work is never finished when it is promised. They have been working on our van for over 3 months. Unacceptable.

The first contact with Josh was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. He had my car towed into his shop August 17th. Friday the 19th he called me and proposed a $1000.00 inspection to diagnose the drivetrain whining noise. I accepted. Tuesday the 23rd I call in to see how it’s going and Josh’s response was he was so busy my car May not make it to a lift until the following week the 29th or 30th. On Monday the 29th I receive a call from Bob. He stated I needed to have the car tuned because it would not hold an idle (car never had this issue). I drove 27 miles to take the car to a Master Mechanic 10 blocks down the road to díagnose and repair. He stated after inspecting and computer evaluation that the car was fine. I spoke with other known Corvette Drivetrain shops and decide to tow my car back home until next week where the owner of the shop was honest and said he could not get to it until the end of next week. 17 days wasted with Josh. What a shame because I know he is good at what he does. I must have been the unlucky one…very dissatisfied and back to where I was.

I am deeply satisfied with the quality of professionalism provided by AAction. The customer service between Bob and Josh is totally awesome. Wally, the mechanic is very skilled and knowledgeable. I took in my 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo, which was bucking, misfiring and refusing to start. Josh and Bob walked me through the repair process. The vehicle works so much better that my teenager is excited about driving the car. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Thank you for your service. Rimada
