My experience is terrible I sent since December 13, 2020 and still on this date 09/23/2021 my packages have not been delivered whenever I call it is an excuse to call the month of July and they told me that they were working on container 739 that my packages are supposedly in container 744 people who shipped after me have already received the cargo On September 16 I called them again and they are still in the same container as is possible as much disrespect Your answer It is Cuba that works badly but you are the ones who deceive the client to get the money here Just do not cheat or say 5 to 6 months because it is a lie, mine goes for almost a year and I have no answer

When you send by plane they charge you 8 dollars per lb they tell you that they take it to the house then you call after 4 months to know what happens and they tell me to go to the Cuban post office that my packages have been a month or that I hope they have me They call. Hopefully nothing is lost because how they rob in Cuba is terrible.
