TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and this is not the only TERRIBLE experience i had with forever 21. VERY UPSET I CALL FOR A DRESS I ORDER ONLINE AND THEY SAIF IT WAS OKAY TO PICKUP THE DRESS ALL OF SUDDEN THEY SAY NO BECAUSE IT WAS A ONLINE ORDER AND THERES A ONE CASHIER THAT IS ASIAN OLD LADY NEVER LET ME FINISH TALKING. I COULDNT EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT WAS GOING ON SHE KEPT ASSUMING WHAT WAS WRONG. WHEN I SAY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I MEAN IT EVERY LETTER. NOW I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH FOREVER 21 AT ALL. AT THIS POINT I DONT WANT THE DRESS ANYMORE.I TRYED CALLING ALL OF SUDDEN NOBODY ANSWERS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I don’t know why but I feel like this forever 21 has better clothes than the Cerritos mall forever 21 staff members are kinda rude and not the nicest.

Seems like there are not enough employees to ask for help. So much space, doesn't seem to have many item selections.
