I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for many of years. This is my first time at this Castleton location whilst I came here while shopping. The food was great as usual... what parts of it I got. My service was absolutely terrible. No refills, didn't get parts of my orders, and wasn't even asked if everything was okay by the waitress. Great food, but absolutely horrible experience overall. Would not recommend this location by any means.

Let me first say the waitress was good. With a short staff she still smiled and checked on us. With that being said the food was horrible. Bland wings(we asked for them to be fried hard, they weren't) and cold stuck together onion rings all for $70. This company is phenomenal at it's best but this location made me never want to spend money Buffalo Wild wings ever again.

My fiancé and I really wanted some wings. They had a sign up on the door saying they were only sitting people 21+ at the bar and only doing carry out because of staffing issues. Okay, that's fine because I know a lot of places are short staffed right now. We were willing to sit at the bar, but when we walked in there was trash all over the floor and the employees were just standing around watching TV like they didn't care.
