Dear Management, I normally leave really good reviews even if the food is bad because I have worked in the fast food industry before and many times the employees do not receive the credit they deserve but when employees are turning business away because of excessive order errors, and the workers are on the phone in front of a long line of customers, something needs to be said. I am not upset by any means with the staff as they all seemed young & untrained and for that, I blame the management for the poor hiring/vetting. I probably would not ever come back to this location due to extreme un-organization, poor communication & customer service and just the overall amount of time that was taken to make 10 wings. When the employees are airing out their personal business; cussing and talking about previous customers in front of new customers OR staring at customers without greeting them as they walk in, a team meeting needs to be had to make sure everyone gets back on the same page to keep this business going. Please do better.

Rude, unprofessional employees who make their own ridiculous rules at this store. I mean who’s really running the wing stop? Talked to a very unprofessional employee today who said they refused to take over the phone orders without a credit card being provided. I advised that I was not comfortable with that and the employee proceeded to hang up. Your order is never right and they are always running out of food. Unsolicited hours of operations. Their open sign is never turned on. Surprised they even answered the phone today because on a normal day they ignore those too. Save yourself the headache and unnecessary drama and go drive a few miles down the street to the next exit because this Wing stop is a true joke and a waste of time. So ghetto and so fitting to be located on w56th street the area has gone down and I guess business has too!!!! Will not be returning and I had been a customer for the past couple of years but no more they are just getting worse.

It was my first time ordering from here, and the staffs was quite unpleasant and unprofessional, and the food was not fresh.

Store says open online and on the front door employees choose to say there were close with no real explanation. While entertaining two customers inside. Other customers waiting on door dash orders before 12pm also receiving no service this all started at 11:20pm.

Only through delivery services not directly
They do not have a driver on staff, but will do pickup fron Door Dash or Uber Eats. You can also order ahead via the web or thr Wing Stop App and your order will be ready when you arrive.
