I had a a curbside order of a sandwich and McFlurry and waited 22 min until I decided to go in there to get my order. The Manger was very rude, a older woman with short hair had a temper on me after asking that I had an order on this online curbside order. Instead of helping me on more details of my order she proceeded to be mad me that on not specifying which order I gave. I should've be mad at them for not giving my order on time but I talk to her in respectful manner.

We went through the drive thru, which was fine. My 5 year old granddaughter needed to use the restroom so I parked to take her in. The doors were locked even though there were people sitting inside eating. The bun on my double cheeseburger was hard. The burgers were cold, cheese never melted. Just like they came out of the package. Fries cold. My granddaughter said her nuggets were good....we won't stop there again.

Rude manager. Family and I sat inside to eat. We used a phone to place our order and selected the table side service that is advertised in the window. A manager, tall white gentleman, set empty drink cups down on the counter and said nothing. When they weren’t picked up right away he looked at us held the cups up and asked “you have three drinks?” When we responded yes, he just set the cups back down. My husband went and got the cups and asked why the cups weren’t brought to us. “We haven’t done that since covid.” I’m sorry but COVID is when this type of service started at McDonald’s restaurants. When our food was ready he just stood there repeating the name on the order. My husband was in the process of bringing the drinks to the table so he couldn’t grab the food. This manager just stood there repeating the name. He finally brought the food over to us still repeating the name over and over. His tone the entire time was not polite. He spoke to my husband like he should have known the food wasn’t going to be brought to us. But if you advertise a service in your window, you can not get rude with customers that are trying to utilize said service.
