I was greeted when I entered the store. The layout has been reorganized and is easier to navigate through. I found what I needed and checkout was fast and convenient.

Employee didn’t acknowledge us at return desk while she cut paper. She just yelled for another employee to come take care of us. I wanted to return an item and they didn’t honor the return policy that their own company has posted online. The 1st employee that didn’t even give us a “hi” was then happy to jump in and confirm they would not accept a return/exchange. She didn’t have one ounce of customer service in her.

The store offers a lot of unique things but definitely understaffed. I was looking for a specific item and it took me 30 min before someone would help me because their was not a single associate on the floor.

I was told by an employee at the bed and bath Marietta that only certain bed and bath would be closing down not all of them I would check with your local store and ask them or go online to Bed Bath & Beyond and ask the question
The one that I was at is also closing they are closing down a lot of them but some of them will still be staying open I just don't know which ones
