I came in with a very rough idea of what I wanted; within seconds of arriving, Jennifer kindly and comprehensively explained all my options that fit in my parameters, pointing out the distinctions in each one. Excellent selection and supply (particularly in the ongoing shoe supply shortage). I was impressed at being able to try out so many different pairs - all great candidates - in my size. Shoe shopping is often an ordeal but this place made it quick, easy, and outright pleasant.

A wonderful experience all around! I brought my brother this time because I was so impressed with how I was treated last time. After the very thorough analysis (treadmill video of walk, computer analysis of foot and arch), he was shocked that the only cost was for his shoes and the inserts. He was thinking it was going to cost him a small fortune. I spoke with my brother the day after he got his new shoes and inserts, and he said it was life changing. He felt no pain, and was exhilarating by the comfort. Heather helped us this time around, and her patience, knowledge, and experience were invaluable.
