I was at my absolute worst when I found Element WC. I had two injuries that lead to horrible back and neck pain. I couldn’t think, drive, sit, sleep, I could barely function. I was miserable, dizzy and in pain at every moment. I didn’t think anything would help me feel normal again and I had pretty much lost all hope. I was visiting San Diego to see family for two months and I had to try something to alleviate my neck, back and tmj pain. I was looking for CBP therapy and that’s when I found Element. I met with Dr. Vince and he broke down every issue that was going on with my spine. I came in the next day for treatment and felt a sense of relief afterwards. Dr. Vince even came in on weekends when I was feeling horrible and having a flare up. I kept at it for 2 months, coming in 2-3 times a week. Although I still had some flare ups along the way I feel a lot better now and have continued seeing a similar chiropractor back home. Dr. Vince also spoke with my new chiropractor back home and helped guide them with my ongoing treatments. This was very helpful and I really appreciate it. I’ve really learned a lot about my body/spine thanks to the guidance of the Doctors at this practice. Each one of them gave me helpful advice, stretches and natural ways to solve some of the issues I was having. I really enjoyed working with Dr. Lopez. He was very compassionate and delicate with my adjustments when I was having flare ups. He taught me how to alleviating pain with some natural remedies and stretches. Con: treatment is pricey and the one on one time with the doc is pretty limited. Some days I had a lot of questions and it was hard to ask when there were a lot of ppl waiting to get their treatment. Sometimes they are hard to reach by phone or email. I’m still on the road to recovery but thanks to these docs I’m closer, wiser and have a plan.
