This place is just out for the money. They care nothing for the patients they treat or the issues they cause. I called in about a week before the next bill was supposed to be charged asking to cancel the account as I had already found that in addition to the $89 monthly charge they charge an additional $10 per visit. Making they're introductory "deal" anything but. After 2 months I had decided it was not worth the money and made the call to cancel. I was told everything was taken care of simple as that. Now the following week I find another $89 charge on my account (they refuse to refund) and when I call to ask for a refund I'm told that without me coming in and filling out a cancellation form the charges will continue and it's their policy not to refund any charges. Then I'm given a managers phone number and after trying to contact him I get no response. DO NOT trust these people with your health or your money. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Dr. Raymond is an amazing Chiropractor. I prefer a manual adjustment, which he is great at. His adjustments are very precise— always releases my subluxations for IMMEDIATE relief. My problem areas are primarily in my neck and back. Dr. Ray is one of the best Chiropractors I have ever had. And Sabrina at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. Greets you with a genuinely warm welcome, and she goes above and beyond to make sure I get the itemized bills needed for my flexible spending account.

Easy check in and little wait time. Doctor Ray is the best! When I go for adjustments, my bones crack each time and I feel like a new person! He can see where I have problems just looking the way I walk in ! So far, the best chiropractor and facility I’ve been in!

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
