Truthfully I loved these apartments . The insides were just like a photos . Parking wasn’t bad for someone who works 9-5 and works 30 minutes away . Every time we needed some maintenance done , they would right away . It’s by target , Albertsons, a bunch of food places , and it’s very close to the freeway . My only issue with this place was my neighbors . We had kids on top of us that would be run away and cry a lot and we had a family next to us that would argue extremely loud every other day . They were very nice to us but we could hear every single thing that went on in their apartments. Personally I feel like the leasing managers couldn’t do anything about it , it’s either a hit or miss when it comes to living in apartments and having to deal with others around you . I would’ve definitely stayed here but changed my apartment to different unit , if I didn’t have to move . But I would recommend these apartments but stay away from 1500s apartment .

I really don't understand why this complex has such a low rating on yelp and google. When we signed the leasing contract, we saw these reviews, but decided to trust our feelings, because we really liked this complex when we watched it. My husband and I have been living here for 9 months and we have never had a negative experience here. It is a very quiet and clean place, everything is very cozy and beautiful outside. The apartments are also very beautiful, with modern renovation. I especially want to highlight the silence inside the apartment. We lived in los angeles before and the walls were like paper there. Here our neighbors have two huge dogs and we never hear them, it’s always silence. I would like to note the excellent work of the staff. When something breaks in our apartment, such as a washing machine, we write on the Altair website and a technician comes to us on the same day for just a couple of hours. Someone writes that there are problems with parking here, we also have never encountered this. Yes, we were given a private place for a car a little further than our apartment, that it is not visible from the window, but there are always free parking spaces without a reservation, even on weekends. I believe that people just love to write negative reviews rather than positive ones. People write something bad faster than they thank and praise.

My husband and I have lived here for just over a year and we have loved every minute. The rent is fairly priced and the apartments are newly renovated. The gym and pool areas are always clean, the property is well maintained, the parking is extremely affordable and you are guaranteed a spot, the office staff are some of the best I’ve ever dealt with, and response time for maintenance requests is super fast. The location is great with anything you need across or just down the street. There’s easy access to I-15/78 and the I-15 express lanes direct access ramp. We’ve never had an issue with any of our neighbors and it’s overall a relaxing and enjoyable place to live. We’re impressed so far and are looking forward to our second year here.

I have lived here for almost a year and love it so far! Office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are very respectful and they get things done quickly! There are a lot of young families and people with pets, and so I far have not had any negative experiences with neighbors or other residents. I like that we get plenty of texts and letters to let us know what is going on around the complex. They offer a lot of community services like social events and sometimes free food. Overall a great place to live!
