Me and my mom lived here before but the manager evicted us for no reason we never caused any problems we always paid our rent on time we always kept to ourselves so to be honest i think it had to do with racism

It seems like every week they are "fixing" something. Either the water is off or the electricity. This time they waited until the hottest time of the year to "fix" the electrical box next to me. When they tried to flip the electricity back on the circuit broke, so in temp that are in the high nineties I have to air conditioning.. Last summer the electricity was off to "fix" the electrical wiring. They fixed it. The space rent is high for the quality of living in this place.

We pay $1100but it's but we love it here,they keep the place clean,safe,and always on top of things
they gave us a rent quote for 1200/ month.. that is for a 1200 sq ft corner lot.. while the other Family Park only ask for 750-850/ month
