I really wanted to like this place.. We lived here for 1 year The first week we moved in was honestly a blur, we were dealing with a different manager( greg) who went through the move in process quite slow. We received the lease paperwork two days prior to move in for us to sign, and the amount we owed for move in. Shortly after that, we got switched to Lorraine as a manager, she is super professional and rational. When we moved out we then were dealing with another lady named Alondra. We rented a 2 bedroom that was 790 something square feet for $1800 plus utilities. This apartment is now renting for 2k. That is insane to me. The apartment not only doesn't have a dish washer, but the AC unit is nonexistent. I honestly feel terrible for the people stuck with that lease. It gets unbearably hot in the summers, and cold/ humid In the winter. Not to mention the apartment itself is TINY. A couple of other things to mention- -You can barely fit a full sized bed into the master bedroom - the apartments are NOT gated -there is no security - transients/ addicts walking at all hours of the night/ fighting - we heard gunshots right in front of our apartment, which consequently led to me having ptsd for a couple weeks after. It was horrifying . - constant sirens, cops, raids, arrests -a mentally ill woman( past resident) who was actually super nice, ended up dying in a vehicle across the complex. This same woman also tried entering into my apartment without permission MULTIPLE times. Yes, we did inform the manager and authorities were called. A swat team once came to get her. She was released a week after that. Luckily we would lock the door and hope someone else caught her attention before going outside. - there is no spa -images online are not entirely the most accurate (watch for wide angle lenses) - there is no guest parking - if you park on the street, you 100% run a risk of getting your car side swiped by drunk drivers (saw it happen 2 times) - you will be charged a pet scan after move out if you have a dog/cat - you will probably not get your deposit back. Even if you pay for cleaners, leave the apartment with normal wear and tear damage (dirty walls, torn screen windows, etc.) all in all, its not a terrible complex, but it is not the greatest either.. I would recommend looking elsewhere. You can definitely do better.

I lived there at Grand regency apartments for about 4 years. This place I a total rip off and NOT worth what they charge! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversation and sounds. They are always shutting off water like one day a week or twice a month. Never really quiet always have construction going on or Drunk Bums and transients arguing/fighting/sleeping and lounging in assigned parking lot spaces. Also if you want solitude or peace? Then you wont wanna live here! The manager lives on sight and is always up in everyone's business telling you what you can and can't do. She will get on your nerves! Rent goes up with every lease signing! Rent was raised every 6 months totalling $215 more than original advertisement! Also they banned smoking any where on premises. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this by far was a terrible living experience.... The Remm group and their employees are completely Unprofessional and somewhat incompetent:(....... (Oh and by the way. No parking for guest whatsoever)..... There are so many better places to live then here and if you do decide to move in be prepared for dissatisfaction!!!
