Apts not updated, horrible office manners. Would not recommend. Only gave one star to be able to post

I have been living at Eden Point for less than 5 months and it is completely unacceptable. I have contacted Chelsea Utt in regards to this situation and am awaiting a response.

Lindsay has been amazing from the application process all the way up to moving in, making sure everything was perfect . I love my new apartment!

I give it a one star for professional. Had an appointment for 7/8/22 at 2:30 pm for an apartment showing and no one was in the office. Waited until 3:15 to see if anyone showed up but no one ever did. I never give any credence to reviews but the negative ones for this apartment complex are dead on. They can prove me wrong by righting their wrong.

Yes they do
No, Ive asked that in the past. It’s income restricted, so if you’re over the income max then you can’t have a unit.
Good Day, Thank you for enquiring about our community. We do require that meet our qualifications to be approved . You may call us at 941-745-1305 and our staff would love to answer all of your questions. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
You would have to call the office about the income restrictions. These apartments are not furnished. Water, pest control, and garbage is included in rent. You pay gas (for cooking and hot water) and electric.
I believe it goes by how many people are in your household. If you call, the office staff would be able to give you the specifics.
Yes! They do ask that you submit your pet to a DNA test to help enforce waste pickup from their owners.

Please call the office and ask for Stephany. She can help you with any questions.
No
It depends. You would have to speak with the manager of the property. He will probably be willing to work with you depending on the nature of the eviction. This is a really good community for the price of things, especially when everything else around this area is about $1400 plus utilities. Our A.C. works great and our electric bill is relatively low. We've never had a problem getting things taken care of. The staff is very down to earth and easy going. :)
Yes, they do have an income limit for the first two years, but once you make it past 2 years and your income raises past the limit, they no longer care how much you make as long as you don't change units. I believe the limit is $30 - $40k a year collectively among the teanants for a 2 room unit, but it would be best to check with them for accuracy, and because the limit may have changed.
When i moved over here few years ago rent wasn't income based, just based on apt size.
