This is hands-down the BEST BEST BEST laundromat I have EVER used. Not to be overly excited about a laundromat, but this one sets the standard, where none were ever good enough to before... •The location is super convenient •Jessica, the attendant, keeps it very clean •Great machine selection, up to date technology (they use an app and rewards account) •my personal favorite is simply that this vastness did a fine job at creating a brand, a label, and using it in a way that is a esthetically pleasing and makes for great Feng shui. •Everything matches. Love it. Very comfortable doing my laundry here. 10/10 recommended

This place has gone down hill. The prices are average (drying is cheaper than washing so it averages out). Huge cons - they no longer employ a staff member to be at the building, and they also LOCKED the bathroom with no way to get a key or keypad code. What? Open your bathroom for paying customers! Make it a QR code that only unlocks if you paid for a wash on the laundry app. Also their app system to pay for laundry is often not working and their wifi has never worked. It’s shiny & new, and use to be well-maintained and clean… but there might be better options around town. Happy to change my review when the bathroom issue is fixed. Been coming here for over a year, and really enjoyed the staff that were once employed here most hours of the day.

I go here every week and this used to be my favorite place to do laundry, but the last two times I've been here, the "hub" has been down, which means the machines won't connect to the credit card kiosk or to the app. And of course, there's never a sign anywhere that says everything is down, so, twice I've had my laundry all loaded up and ready to go and then can't get the washer to work. I've seen the owner respond to similar reviews saying to use the ATM, but everyone should know the ATM charges $2.75 (nearly the price of a load of laundry), and sometimes the ATM is also down. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

This store looks very nice...it is relatively new. Bright, open, spacious, inviting. Lots of machines, tables for folding and places to rest while your clothes wash and/or dry. Then why the two (2) stars you ask? Cost. This place is VERY expensive. Washers are reasonable and numerous, from three loaders to mega front loaders that look to hold a small apartment. :-) Prices range from $3.00 to $17.25. Dryers on the other hand are where the prices shot through the roof. The cheapest dryer they have is $1.25 (which they only have six of so you can see that availability can/will be an issue) to $4.50. These are set prices. None of the dryers will accept $0.25 for a quick touch up dry. If the set price does not dry your clothes, then you have to pay the FULL price again. No in-between. I ran into this issue with my clothes not drying completely for $3.50 and the cheaper ones were all being used so I had to decide between paying the full amount or go home with damp clothes. Not a pleasant idea to say the least. So, be prepared before you come here. Know what you are getting into. I hope this is helpful for some of you. UPDATE - TWO WEEKS LATER I came back a few weeks later and this place was not any better. The "owner" said that if the laundry does not dry all of the way, to talk to the attendant. I have never seen anyone here. I have been here as early as 10 am and as late as 6pm every day of the week and I have never seen anyone. So, that doesn't help at all. During this trip several of the washers were leaking causing a serious safety issue. Also, God bless them but there is a bad homeless issue in the area. They come into the bathrooms to wash themselves, use drugs (I saw two during my recent visit) and one was even sleeping in there. Also, the "owner" indicated in a response to my initial post that his prices are comparable to other laundromat in the area. This is incorrect. This place is $1 to $2 more per load and ALL of the other places have "by-the-quarter" drying and not set pricing. And there seems to be a serious issues with laundry carts (I am sure the "owners" will post an excuse to this). A quick search of the building and all I see is one, rickety old card that is ill-maintained. Sure the place is new and shiny but I am not coming back anymore. A simple search of this area pulls up four other laundromat. Go there. SECOND UPDATE There is a SECOND CART!!! I redacted part of my previous statement, they have two carts, not just one. Sorry for the misinformation.

Questions & Answers

Will they ever reopen? Will someone else open open a laundromat around here? Have to go down to 900 S. If they can't open they should sell it to someone who can.

Derek, We sincerely appreciate youre asking if we are reopening. We are very close to being done with our redo of the Laundromat. Our goal was to turn it into Utah biggest, best and most amazing laundromat, and thats what has been done. We are really close to being finish, and its going to put the Laundromat on 900 S to shame. We are haping to be done by the end of Feb. At that point we hope to do a soft opening, meaning we will open to the public with little to no fan fair, and then we will start to renovate the exterior of the property, and when thats done we will do our grand opening. So, for you, we should be open by March 1st. Thanks again, and when you come in let us know and we will get you a sign up credit.

But you earlier announced that you "expected" to be opened no later than December 1. Now, it's January 1. What's the real date??

Unfortunately with construction, time lines can change suddenly and we do our best to stick to the timelines but some things are out of our control. Amazing progress takes time, please be patient with us during this time.

How much you charge to wash and dry are clothes. I am almost 60 year's old. My husband 58 years old.
